GENERAL CONDITIONS security deposit • Upon check-in, guests must present a credit card for guarantee purposes in case of extra consumption or damage caused, which can be assessed after an inspection of the accommodation.
Return Costs • In case of cancellation with return of values, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the customer with the expenses incurred for this purpose (bank or other), plus a service fee of 25€/reservation.
Outdoor Equipment in the Rooms • It is not allowed to put sports equipment in the rooms, or any other object for outdoor use, such as bicycles, surfboards/bodyboards, skateboards, golf bags, among others. Please contact Reception to arrange for them to be placed in an appropriate location.
Minimum Age to Book • To book a hotel in the Azoris group, you must be at least 18 years old.
