Azoris Hotels & Leisure announces the launch of its new website, now available at www.azorishotels.com. The main purpose of this change thought and worked on in latest months, was to make the site more responsive, easier to navigate and use, providing a better experience for those who visit us virtually.

Azoris supports Ukrainian refugees

The Azoris Hotels & Leisure Group, in conjunction with the team of volunteers from Ukraine and Europe - Zakordonom.help, will offer accommodation to 35 Ukrainian refugees, who should soon arrive in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

IVAUCHER

AZORIS HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS ARE ADHERENT

From the 1st of October until the 31st of December, the balance accumulated in your IVAUCHER can be used in the hotels and restaurants of the Azoris group. Just make your payment at our TPAs with your bank card associated with the program. Within a maximum period of 2 days, your bank will credit 50% of the invoice amount to your bank account, up to the limit of the accumulated balance.

WHAT IS IVAUCHER?

It is a Government initiative that allows individual taxpayers to accumulate and use the value of VAT on payments made at participating establishments in the areas of accommodation, culture and catering. The accumulation phase took place between the months of June and August. After the clearance phase, in September, the phase of using the previously accumulated balance begins on the 1st of October, until the 31st of December.

Azoris Royal Garden launches KOI Restaurant

The Azoris Royal Garden, in Ponta Delgada, has already opened the doors of its restaurant, with a new name, a new image and new dishes. KOI Restaurant comes with an invigorating look and a positioning closer to its customers – guests and locals.

The name and decoration of the new restaurant match the hotel's Japanese-inspired garden, which includes a lake with koi, framing the restaurant room and delights those who enjoy a taste experience, sustained by the symbolism of the KOI carp, which represents essential values for the Azoris group such as adaptability, beauty and perseverance.

KITCHEN

The menu is prepared and developed by Chef Michael Ross, who has more than 20 years of experience as a chef, having started his training in England and worked in hotels and restaurants in Europe and Bermuda, before choosing the Azores as his home. home. Customers can count on regional, national and international flavors reinvented by the KOI team for a contemporary cuisine experience, with emphasis on local products, many of them with the Marca Açores seal, which thus continues to be an integral part of the menu.

One of the dishes that will delight guests and locals alike is the Tuna Tataki, with an oriental touch, to start the meal off right, or the Bulgur Vegan, for lovers of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and the Tornedó Ross'ini, a meat dish of excellence. In addition, there will also be other well-known typical dishes, such as Steak à Regional, Bacalhau à Portuguesa or Octopus. Azoris Angra Garden becomes 4 stars

The Azoris Angra Garden – Plaza Hotel, the oldest hotel in Angra do Heroísmo, won another star, thus raising the hotel on Terceira Island to a 4 star, in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage city. In November 2016, when the Azoris Hotels & Leisure brand was born, investment was announced in improving the infrastructure of the three hotel units, whose interventions have essentially been based on redecorating the hotels, renovating textiles and televisions in the rooms and strengthening the Wi-Fi connection. -Fi, with a particular focus on the Azoris Angra Garden, whose project included a deeper intervention that even transformed the very concept of the hotel, preserving, however, the original features of its identity.
